1. The service

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Pay Premium", "we") provides hosted UPI checkout pages, order creation and status APIs, webhooks and a merchant dashboard (the "Service"). These terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in India.
• Account credentials (including API keys and secrets) are personal to you. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Merchant access is granted only after our application review. We may refuse or revoke access as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Application fee

Gateway access requires a one-time, non-automatically-renewing ₹5,000 application/onboarding payment, collected through our standard checkout. The fee covers application processing and onboarding; it is not a deposit toward transaction charges. Refund treatment is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Plans and billing

Subscription plans (Free, Starter, Business, Enterprise) define order, merchant, webhook and link limits. Plan prices are shown on the pricing section of our homepage. We may change plans with reasonable notice; existing paid periods are honoured.

5. Your responsibilities

• Keep API secrets server-side; never expose them in client-side code or public repositories.
• Verify payments via the Check Status API or signed webhooks before delivering goods — browser redirects alone are not proof of payment.
• Provide accurate business and contact details and keep them up to date.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws, including tax, consumer-protection and data-protection obligations for your own customers.

6. Our responsibilities and limits

We operate the Service with reasonable skill and care. The Service depends on third parties (UPI apps, network providers, hosting and messaging services); we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical. You may close your account at any time via support; plan terms on refunds apply.
